How does the Rotten Tomatoes score work? ›

When at least 60% of reviews for a movie or TV show are positive, it is considered Fresh and a red tomato is displayed. Rotten score. When less than 60% of reviews for a movie or TV show are positive, it is considered Rotten and a green splat is displayed.

Anyone can vote or rate movies on Rotten Tomatoes if you're an audience member, but you can also filter out ratings from those not considered “verified.”

Overall this is a pretty well done movie. The special effects are dated but the plot is solid. Typical of any George Lucas movie "outside" of the first 2 Star Wars films there are way too many goofy moments and too many instances of poor dialogue that it almost ruins the movie.

To date, Leave No Trace holds the site's record, with a rating of 100% and 252 positive reviews.
